Start With a Conversation — Complimentary
A free, 20-minute introductory call to discuss your goals, answer questions about our services, and see whether STC is a good fit. Open to students, parents, and graduate applicants. This conversation helps us recommend an appropriate next step; individualized admissions advising begins with a paid service.
Undergraduate College Counseling
Helping high school students and families navigate the college search with greater clarity and confidence.
Individual Counseling — $250/hour
Flexible, one-on-one help with a specific college-search or application task, such as refining a college list, reviewing an essay, or comparing admissions offers. Sessions focus on your chosen priorities, with additional support billed hourly. For a broader assessment and personalized written roadmap, consider the College Clarity Session.
College Clarity Session — $495
A focused starting point for high school students and families who want a clear plan for the college search. Includes an advance questionnaire, a 75–90-minute counseling session, and a personalized written roadmap outlining priorities and next steps. Additional counseling and application support are available separately.
Comprehensive College Counseling
Ongoing, personalized guidance throughout the college search and application process, from early exploration through final decisions. Custom pricing based on your goals, timeline, and level of support. After an introductory conversation, we’ll provide a written proposal outlining the services included and the total fee before you commit.
Graduate School Counseling
Practical, personalized guidance for prospective master's, MBA, and other graduate students.
Individual Graduate Counseling — $250/hour
Focused, one-on-one help with a specific graduate admissions question or application task, including program selection, application strategy, résumés, essays, personal statements, or interview preparation.
